6.0.2 Download Coming Soon
The 6.0.2 Download onto live servers began in the background today, and was removed after a short time, thanks to concerns about the size of the download. However, Community Manager Zarhym reported that the download will begin again, with more details on the new file system.

As some of you may have noticed the background downloader for patch 6.0.2 began today. After discovering issues with the size of the download, however, we have deactivated it for the time being. We'll let you know once when we're ready to start the 6.0.2 background downloader again, as well as provide you with some additional details on how it works and what you can expect when downloading the 6.0.2 patch in advance of its release on live realms.

Silver Letomi to perform at Wowhead's BlizzCon Party
Wowhead is really excited to welcome WoW Parody Artist to the stage at this year's Wowhead BlizzCon Party!

Silver is well known in the WoW Community for recording witty WoW and other gaming parodies in her dulcet tones--you can find her work on her , and follow her on and !

Silver will be performing two short sets of her most beloved WoW parodies for us at our party at the Anabella Hotel, in Anaheim, from 7pm on Thursday November 6th.

Celebrated by both the Horde and the Alliance, the Brewfest is a time to enjoy the fermented fruits of the harvest: pretzels,custom made, cheese, and booze! The competing breweries Thunderbrew, Barleybrew, and the Ogres, all come together outside of all the major cities in a bid to outdo each other with their special ales, meads, and beers. Brave adventurers are invited to sit back, take a pull, and sample the finest wares these brewers have to offer!

Our this week requires you to complete a Brewfest achievement too!

During Brewfest, players can acquire the title and collect fun mounts like ! Like 2012 and 2013, there are epics available:

There is also a special experience buff: . and will give speeches by their camps at 6:15 AM and PM server time, and then buff everyone nearby with this 2 hour buff which persists through death.

New to 2013, the can contain ilvl 470 weapons: or . and are additional vendors that sell brews, including ones with fun effects like , and parts of are decorated for the holiday.

There are no new additions for 2014, but we have datamined several beta additions which will hopefully be present in 2015! , , , and .

Brewfest,custom bob, based on Oktoberfest, runs from September 20 through October 6.

Tier Gear Can Have Augmentations
In Warlords of Draenor, can have the chance to be Pristine (higher item level), come with an extra socket, or have an additional tertiary stat. Players formerly assumed that these perks would only be on non-tier gear.

Players noticed that Flaskataur on the beta was selling Tier 17 gear with many perks, and reached out for clarification:

Build Highlights
Quite a small build today, not a surprise given there was one yesterday, but one cool addition is an achievement for completing the Legendary cloak questline, which awards a title! As the in Warlords of Draenor, this seems a fitting addition.

Warlords of Draenor Legendary Questline
The latest Warlords of Draenor build added many legendary quests and clarified the initial rewards! For completing a non-heroic dungeon, you get an ilvl 640 ring like . For continuing on with the questline,custom bobblehead, which now involves heroic dungeons and solo gameplay, you get an ilvl 680 ring like .



This questline will continue in the future with collecting and , which so far only have weekly tracking quests in the data like and .

Future achievements include and .

There are two higher tiers of rings also datamined like : and .


Warlords of Draenor Dungeon Loot TablesThe Warlords of Draenor Dungeon Journal has been completely updated with loot!

Many bosses drop gear with the same name and appearance, only differentiated by their item level:
